Tadalafil is the active ingredient in Cialis, one of the most well-known treatments for erectile dysfunction. It was developed to help men achieve and maintain erections when sexually aroused. It's also used medically to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Tadalafil works by blocking an enzyme called PDE5, which normally restricts blood flow in the penis. By inhibiting this enzyme, it allows blood vessels to relax and widen, making it easier to get and keep an erection. It only works when there is sexual stimulation — it doesn't cause automatic erections on its own.
Tadalafil typically starts working within 30 to 60 minutes of taking a tablet. Its effects can last up to 36 hours, earning it the nickname "the weekend pill." At lower daily doses, it keeps a steady level in your system so you don't need to time it around activity.
For on-demand use, take one 20mg tablet roughly 30–60 minutes before sexual activity — do not take more than one tablet per day. For daily use, a lower dose of 2.5–5mg is taken at the same time each day. Tadalafil is not a hormonal compound, so no PCT is required.
Keep at room temperature (15–25°C), away from light and moisture. Leave in the original packaging.
