Anastrozole is an aromatase inhibitor originally developed to treat breast cancer in post-menopausal women. It works by reducing the amount of oestrogen the body produces. In the fitness world, it's widely used to keep oestrogen under control during anabolic steroid cycles.

Anastrozole blocks the aromatase enzyme, which is responsible for converting testosterone and other androgens into oestrogen. Less aromatase activity means lower oestrogen levels in the body. This helps prevent oestrogen-related side effects that can occur when using anabolic steroids.
You can expect noticeably reduced water retention and a leaner, harder appearance when oestrogen is kept in check. Mood and libido tend to stay more stable when oestrogen isn't running too high. Most users notice a difference within a few days of starting anastrozole.
Anastrozole is typically run alongside aromatising steroids like testosterone throughout a cycle. A common starting dose is 0.5mg every other day, adjusted based on how you feel and ideally guided by blood work. It is not generally used as a standalone PCT compound but pairs well with SERMs like Nolvadex or Clomid when needed.
Keep at room temperature (15–25°C), away from light and moisture. Leave in the original packaging.
