Alprazolam enhances the effect of GABA, a natural calming chemical in the brain. This slows down activity in the central nervous system, helping to reduce anxiety and panic. The effects are felt relatively quickly, usually within 30 minutes of taking a dose.
Most people feel a noticeable reduction in anxiety within 30 to 60 minutes. A sense of calm and relaxation is typical, and panic episodes tend to reduce in frequency and intensity. Effects usually last between 4 and 6 hours per dose.
Alprazolam is intended for short-term use only, typically no longer than 2 to 4 weeks. Long-term use carries a risk of physical dependence, so doses should always be tapered gradually rather than stopped suddenly. This is not a compound used in stacking or performance cycles — it is a prescription anxiolytic medication.
Keep at room temperature (15–25°C), away from light and moisture. Leave in the original packaging.
